Hey guys ya two artwork in a week things are turning around ha.
Yes this is Aphrodite/Venus the goddess of love, beauty and raw sexuality. Well at least what I imaged her. Its a more modern look but i added the goddess aura around her especially using the crazy hair burning with passion ha. Venus is a female archetype for womanhood which symbolize by the red for maturity. The scallop shell is a important symbol of woman is the where Venus Arise from. The heart thing is just a nice complimentary item for the warm colors. I change the eyes to real aquamarine blue and her skin has this sea sand glitter effects..I was planning on putting a background but the white light really adds towards her glow.

Done in photoshop cs with wacom tablet intuous 4 -5hrs.

I like this one, I find the hair is exceptionally well done. - It's not at all how I imagine Aphrodite, but a marvellous picture none the less.

Everyone has their own vision of her but thank you...Ya i was pushing toward making the hair as realistic as i can but in the end i thought of wait she is a goddess is suppose to have this goddess aura so I went a bit fantasy-like / surreal.
